Doctors For You is a medical humanitarian organisation from India currently in the forefront of the fight against Covid-19. DFY is currently managing multiple Covid19 care centres across the country including 5 in Delhi NCR with a total capacity of 2000+ beds, 5 in Bangalore in Bangalore with 500+ beds including 50 ICU beds, 200 Beds facility in Patna, 250 beds across 2 facilities in Mumbai and 430 beds including 60 ICU beds in Chhattisgarh among others. DFY is also into other initiatives such as distribution of protective gear to frontline workers and vaccination program which have so far vaccinated more than 1.2 lakh people across 8 states in the country through our 45+ vaccination centres.
DFY is now running COVID-19 isolation and treatment units for mild and moderate patients in Mumbai, Bangalore, Patna, Delhi and Vijayawada. These facilities are intended to be a buffer and take the load of our tertiary centres and leave them with enough space to tend to most critical patients- all the while giving excellent care to others in these state of art facilities with enough health professionals to closely monitor their progress. With the situation worsening in Delhi, Govt of Delhi have asked us to support the set up and management of Covid care facilities similar to the lines of what we did in CWG Village, Rouse Avenue among other locations. However the recent issue associated with supply of oxygen has started affecting our centres as well and we are in urgent need of support. Currently we are in urgent requirement of
oxygen concentrators (@50 concentrators per centre in 5 centres)
50 units of nasal prongs,
200 units of oxygen mask with piping and
200 units of nebuliser mask,
